This game can be a bit tricky to make it work if you don't pay attention. When you are installing it you need to check the circle that says "フル" which means "Full" installation. If you don't and install the game while the circle is on the default choice, when you finish installing it and then try to run the game you will get an error message. Of cource, this doesn't apply only to this game, you need to install every game carefully and try not to let the install wizard do everything on its own because it will create chaos on your computer.
