Normally, please use the Ver1.06 patch file.
If you are using a "Parhelia" chip-equipped video card (Matrox Parhelia series, Millennium P series), or if you still experience issues such as "no menu displayed at the title screen" even after applying Ver1.06, please use the Ver1.30 patch file.
