Thanks for upload, but the serial code provided seems to be wrong? Does it work for you?
also there seems to be a some dll file as well, am I supposed to use it to replace in the installed game folder?

the serial is the one provided in the past, if the serial doesn't work, copy the WIN.dll (NoDVD) to game location instead.

it starts up properly now after copying WIN.dll and running as admin, but the graphics ends up squashed for some reason: ( still squashed in Fullscreen mode)

When I apply the update the crack seemed to stop working because the Disc Serial Code checker popped up again, telling me that the inserted serial code was wrong again

after updating, copy the WIN.dll (NoDVD) from before and replace the new one (the update also have WIN.dll so the crack from before was replaced by the new one on update)

Your option doesn't work.
I had to investigate which files were updated when installing the patch and which file does not allow to run.
The patch had to be rebuilt to remove the updated protection file (DLL file).
