1. Execute the patch will appear a license number, first down
2. Start with Miko3.exe in the original image
3. When entering the serial number, just hit a row of parentheses in the 10-character (26aejknsw), such as "ssssssssss"
4. Do not choose networking certification (ネ ッ ト certification)
5. In "ラ イ ン ス ス コ ー ド" enter the license number just recorded
6. Set "ネ ッ ト 接 続" to "い い え"

Sorry for the necro quote, but it seems that your file has been taken or something cause the "patch" pops only 5 numbers, if you put a parenthesis it will not like it and putting the whole s's doesn't work neither

Steps i did:
Place miko3.exe patch file on the program file
Get the 5 numbers
place the 5 numbers on the serial key part and added the parenthesis or the s's
still say it's wrong

Thanks anyways, mostly because this game is extremely old perhaps it's not there anymore, they even removed it from DLSITE?
