That nodvd patch doesn't seem to work. A little google-fu seems to indicate that some Japanese guys had the same problem I do and got a reg file from hongfire... which is now inaccessible.

AlphaROMdie (the one that opens a window where you drag and drop the game's executable and created the file kdays.dll) works. A quick search in Google resulted in this link, don't know if this works but it should.
