Game doesn't seem to work. Installed it and when I run it, it opens a background process (魔ヲ受胎セシ処女ノ苦悦２.exe 32 bit) that goes nowhere. Is there some specific installation method?

Try using locale emulator and run as admin.
If not work you should check locale and system time zone change them to Japanese or using Virtual machine running Windows XP OS

I've been using local emulator and running as admin, and I've also tried both installing then running it, and just running it, with trying the system local set to Japan. I haven't tried the virtual machine thing though, I'm afraid I'm not familiar with how to set up or use one. Would changing the game's compatibility settings accomplish that?

EDIT: Also, how do I apply the patch?
