Description
A long time ago, there was a magic book called the ‘epistula’ which was able to grant any wish, whether it be great wealth or eternal life. However, a sudden mysterious death befell all who had their wishes granted. It was believed that a shinigami came to take their lives. After applying patch, this game can be text-hooked accurately with ITH (make sure you have updated engine).

A no-DVD patch is badly needed, though, at the moment you need to keep the 8 gb ISO mounted to launch the game

I found a No-DVD patch for 1.01 on a chinese forum and reuploaded it here. Worked for me. YMMV

If I open the Game the Game Windows closed itself immediately anyone a idea what the problem could be and how to fix it. With my old Laptop there weren't any problems but now I can't resume this Game, it's quiet annoying because this Game was very good so far.

Edit: It seems like only the DL-Version which was released 28.12.2012 works with Win 8 to bad I couldn't find this Version anywhere so far.

Edit2: Now 3rdEye has a Win8 Fix released so the problem is resolved.

okay, first of all, seeding.
The game wouldnt open for me at first and it always crash after pop up. (windows 10)
the attatched files didnt help at all, but I downloaded the windows 8 patch from here http://3rdeye.jp/support/support.html.
and that fixed everything.
