As I understand it these games are primarily a collection of videos of H-scenes from previous games. The quality is medicore and they are censored as you might expect. Being videos there's no interactivity.
There are two previous different releases of this game which vary in which videos are present and slight cosmetic changes in the poser.
not 100% if this is the same type of thing, but it appears to be.
