Alright, I've downloaded all of it, unzipped it, and I've managed to get it to run (by dragging the application you included onto the game) but when I start the game, all the text is missing. When you right click, the options that come up are gibberish, as is the backlog. I've done the Japan locale thing, by the way, so that's not the problem.
