1.change installation path to English alphabetic name;
2.use NTLEA to open the executable file;
3.change system local non-unicode language to Japanese in language setting.

To learn how to run software cross countries, study internationalisation and localisation in depth, or Google something like "how to play Japanese game", "how to use applocale", etc. You can by chance play Japanese game, but it will waste much more time facing problems rather than study the concept of software oriented characters encoding.

OR use Japanese version Windows, Tokyo's time zone, and Japanese input method. Triangle & Delta is not a pain any more.
