Yeah I'm fairly confident that the "patch" offered is some form of spy/ad ware. It contains a program called mplayer.exe which attempted to install a program by downloading files off the internet (thankfully I had the foresight to disable my internet before attempting the program). Anyways, unless others can (and are willing) to verify this patch is legit, I would recommend against downloading it.
