Summary:
One day, Akira met a girl named Miruku who felt like his younger sister Kurumi. Miruku introduced herself as another younger sister from the magic world and transformed into a magical girl in front of his very eyes. She asked for his help in recovering the dream buds, which were scattered around the real world and which could awaken the magical girl ability in girls, because he was able to see them. However, the dream buds had turned many girls into magical girls, including Kurumi! Since it’s very difficult to contain magic abilities in the real world, the novice magical girls wildly released their magic all around. However, this was coupled with a side-effect: a desire for ecchi. To be able to recover the dream buds, he would have to make them bloom into flowers and help the girls graduate from being magical girls.
