I haven't payed this yet but from the looks of it the animation looks like a regular hentai OVA, games normally have superior quality than this with much more detail (like the effort that Jellyfish puts on their games) this one however doesn't seem to have above average animations and probably with much looping.

Until the quality of the animation match with at least ufotable :p, I'll stick with CG

The reason why most VN's are not animated is that usually they make sure artists make high quality CG's and sprites and those animations that those artists make are not designed to be animated (unless is really limited animation ala Softhouse-Seal GRANDEE). And usually animated VN's do not have great production values. Plus I think that is the difference between a VN and an anime. Different studios, different artists and different audiences/demographics.

IMO if you intend to get this game for the H-scenes, don't bother. The scenes aren't very well animated, and like spoxxy said, heavily looped.

For the 12GB the game takes up, you could have 2 of Illusion's games, or up to 3-5 regular eroge. Or, if you want animated stuff, a massive truckload of actually well-animated H-anime, or better yet, BDrips like that absolutely delicious Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo extended collection that came out recently.
