Summary:
Another time, another "game".

14 people have been confined to small rural village and fitted with exploding collars. Each one also has PDA with unique ability and condition, which tells how to remove the collar. If anyone tries to leave the designated area or fail to achieve their condition in their own PDA, their collar explodes killing them.
