I applied the stuff in the patch folder. The actual patch wouldn't operate, as my thing is in a different folder than the default.

Ugh, even after patch, it bugs out after awhile. So far, I've only picked the 1st option in the game, but eventually it just gives me 3 small popup messages in japanese and then shuts the game off

Same issues here.

I didn;t use the 100% save. But after you so call get an ending, it will ask you if you wanna unlock all CG. And this problem pops up too.
