There are some programs that will translate games in real time as you play them. I have only used one called Translation Aggregator. It's not 100% accurate, but it used a few different translation sites at once. So it was pretty easy to figure out what was being said. I don't know if it will work on modern games, but it might.

Even if Translation Aggregator doesn't work, there may be other programs that do something similar.
