There existed a sword of light that possesses unlimited magical power, Arv. Arv belonged to Arkthrone Kingdom, but due to the king's sudden collapse, the kingdom started to lose its power. Seeing the opportunity, a sorcery organization by the name of Gatea attacked Arkthrone for the possession of Arv. However, Gatea and Arkthrone's battle became a stalemate. During that time, Forneus, a sorcerer from Gatea, learned the existence of Princess Tierna who had fled to human world for refuge. Forneus attempted to abduct her and use her against Arkthrone, but when he arrived at the human world what he found was a mysterious transformed heroine that stood against him.
