The problem is the unicron code i think that's how its said you actually need the Japanese windows to run the game, the "SiglusEngine.exe" is the issue i haven't found a way to over ride it there is a few patchs for other game with it but so far i haven't found one for this one yet. I have tried applocation, and my pc is currently running almost full Japanese settings, this engine was first put in place due to the massive issue Rapelay created when it hit amazon. The only other game i ran into with this program was rewrite and they have patches and cracks to bypass it.


EDIT: So do not go crazy with trying to make sure your running in Japanese local settings and what not that is not the issue, took me a long time to find that part out personally.
