Yes, the first game is in English as well, under the same name, also translated by mangagamer. A quick google search should get you the game easily, it is highly recommended that you play the first game first before this one. It shares many characters and will spoil the first game if you play the 2nd first.

if only vn plot wasnt a farce. Prequell and fisrt game both had a lackluster story. Detectives who incapable of basic logic. They are classci noir heroes who just suffer for sake of suffering and squeesing tears from readers.
Prequell esp bad. Basicly whole detective part was solved by schoolgirl while MC just runned around town doing nothing.
