Works on Win7(x86), will not work on Win8.1(x64). I mean the crack. (Dunno if it is an architecture issue, or Win7+ or crack issue.)

At least until yesterday. The crack has been asking where it was acquired from, ever since (i.e., won't start the game but gives an 'Src Check' window where you need to answer that question).
So... Not really sure about this one.

Also doesn't help that 28/58 of the online scanners detect it as virus. 5-10 of 58, sure, why not, false positive. Cracks are like that, right? But 28...

the crack is made by 流風の舞 @ kf, so if you answer kf the check is passed
whatever you do don't type 2DJ as the answer. the two forums recently had some disputes on publishing each others cracks and are now trying to humiliate each other whenever they got the chance, so if you type 2DJ the crack locks you out. (well, all it does is actually just write your answer in a reg.bin file in a folder named "mai" in your ProgramData folder, and check whether the answer is kf, 2dj or something else. delete that folder and the check status will be reseted

Apart from that do u know if it's safe? On 2DJ they said there's possibility of crack containing any other program which may cause loss of harddrive data or personal info.

It is safe. There has been nothing deleted on my pc or anything other which 2DJ has posted on their site.
