after you extract it copy the Input folder and use AlphaROMdiE.exe to play i don't use the update

to open the game you have to drag the sumiika.exe to AlphaROMdiE.exe so it works

There is no need to crack the game if you take Artemis.exe from the trial version of IxSHE Tell and start the game with it. Do not delete or move the original sumiika.exe if you use exe from IxSHE Tell, as the game checks its integrity and will close if it's missing or modified!
Also, Textractor hooks that Artemis.exe without the need for any H-codes, so I think it should automatically hook the cracked exe too.

By the way, this is incredibly boring, padded with meaningless walls of text 100% kinetic VN (with zero choices) about literally nothing. Moreover, the only visible and voiced character is the heroine, and even then she barely speaks and has like 2 costumes total. Do not waste your time on this, as there are much, much better onee-sans out there.
