ITHVNR claims that it supports "@addr:module:name" and even "@addr:module:#ordinal" notations in hook codes, but it's actually a lie and you'll have to convert any of those to the plain "@addr:module" notation in ITH first. I didn't bother with writing all that the first time around because there's no point in using ITHVNR over ITH when both of them need an H-code.

Anyway, here's the conversion method:
Hook the game with ITH, enter the H-code you want to convert
Advance the game so that the text thread from that H-code shows up
Switch to that text thread in ITH, press "Hook" button, press "Generate Code" button
The converted H-code will appear next to that button, from where it can be copied to the clipboard and used in ITHVNR IF YOU WANT TO USE ITHVNR SO MUCH

should be it - at least it works with the trial version. Also note that unlike generic for all games based on Pal engine "PalFontDrawText" hook above, this converted H-code will only work with this specific version of Pal.dll that comes with this game and maybe one game before/after it. When it stops working, you'll have to convert the generic H-code again for another version of Pal.dll
