If this is available on steam, does this mean this game is not an H-game? Steam doesn't allow 18+ games

No, it was ORIGINALLY an H-Game.

Because Steam just has to be intolerant and refuse the simplest age check, the game has been cut to death on the moral guardians' table, and we will be seeing curtains of mist, cockblocking light effects and basically all the good bits except the plot removed. The only thing they got to keep was religious imagery, which, if you ask me, was the devs falling for Steam's plot to make them comply.

I'm guessing someone will move the English text from this version onto the original.

Personally I think games like these should be released in Japanese, in Japan only. Western audiences aren't mature enough for cartoon porn.
