Summary:

Not to collect the version without censorship because the American images are cropped and filled with pink color emptiness, the Japanese have full images = even to collect images from pieces is not possible (or need a few people who will pull out all the images from the Americans from the captivity of color fill and transfer the pulled out fragments in separate files).

And after that I'm trying again to assemble complete images from the pieces by comparing with the Japanese original.

Unpacked the VN archives.
You compare the files, you replace
and then back pack back into the VN game archives and check if everything works.
If everything works, the uncensored version is ready.

Where possible, I assembled images from pieces.

Some American VN uncensored editions have images from 10-20 fragments which are then assembled into a whole image.
In Japanese VN editions, the images are whole at once.

It's like I'm telling you something unique.
I can send a sample of madhouse from Choukou Sennin Haruka where each uncensored image is at least 4 small pieces of the whole image (and I had to put these puzzles together, guessing which fragment of the image with which to assemble in what order).

I manually collected to avoid the chances of overcompression as much as possible (yes, on some images when approaching more than 200% you can notice fragments where it is, but on 100% in the Japanese version without censorship it can not be seen).

Plus the American version perpetually has several images cut out unlike the original Japanese one (I had to manually remove censorship - thank God there were no more than a few dozen of them in the entire VN).

And where knowledge was not enough, i left the original Japanese versions with censorship and such are called with partial uncensorship
