Any folder name without Japanese characters in it should be fine. I suspect the crack can't handle file paths with Japanese characters in so I just renamed it to "a" and the game starts.

I've found that quite often, more than the Japanese name it was the "〜" in the folder path that wasn't handled by the crack exe.
Haven't checked this one yet.
