I was one of the ones to request this but to be honest it was a little unimaginative, 7/11 scenes (by my count) were just vaginal sex and all of them put your character in control (in a zombie game!) - though maybe I would have enjoyed them more if I could read the text. Also, absolutely 0 loss scenes, which again feels like they're underutilizing the game's genre here. Combat is serviceable but I found that it was very easy to grind to the point that most enemies couldn't inflict any damage on you at all so that was barely a concern. Art is what it shows on the package, unfortunately not animated at all and again somewhat unimaginative (there were different positions and camera angles but for the most part your character only shows up enough onscreen for the dick to anatomically be where it is, and I guess she likes to have sex with her arms limply hanging at her sides or something).
With all that said, it's fairly short, so it may be worth trying anyway if it looks interesting to you.
