If your game crashes when you enter settings and if it freezes after the OP movie, what you need to do is this:
1) change your refresh rate to 60hz (i haven't tested this with displays that are already 60hz)
2) open the game and switch to windowed move with alt+enter
3) while the game is open switch the refresh rate to normal
4) close the game and relaunch with admin right
After you do this once it should work properly.
