Hello, im new to this and id like to ask for a solution to a problem.

when I download it from nyaa, open the file location, extract the file inside the .rar and run the exe, it gives me this error.


I am using WIN 11 pro, my locale in OS is set to japan, and steam is running, my Anti-Vi is down, after a while of checking the threads for solutions and searching, I cant seem to find anyone else with this error.
