I updated both the links.
Reguarding how hard is it, it's really not that hard. You just have to download the last version of fffmpeg and if you have an nvidia gpu you can directly use the command that I use and that I shared on the explanation post. If you do not have a nvidia gpu you will have to change the -c:v flag, for example instead of using "-c:v hevc_nvenc" you can use "-c:v libx265". The only downside is that instead of using your GPU you will use your CPU, that is a lot slower than the GPU in the encoding.
You can even ease your work by writing a .bat file to automatically iterate over all of your files in the folder and encode it one by one.
Like I wrote on the explanation post if you need any hardcoded release you can ask, I already have a lot of english translated works (only the one that have been already posted in this forum, even by others) already encoded in my library that I can upload, and if you have any question don't be afraid to ask :)
