At the moment you have to have the original version installed to install the append.

I have the base game i think I got it to work sort of
I copied all append files and pasted in main game folder, I just started the game, cuz installer still didn't work...the game run normally and you can unlock the scenes in the options menu

there an option to unlock all the CG and scenes, you can find it in settings menu
