Bug Activation Email Not sending and Resending link not working

I tried to resend it multiple times and check my spam folder.

Hi, my activation email has not been sent despite my trying to resend the email multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I haven't received my confirmation email. I've checked my spam box; it's not there. I've waited and used the "resend confirmation email" form as instructed here, but up until the time of writing, I still have yet to receive it.

Can I get help with account activation?

I started my profile a couple of days ago and I still have not received my activation email. I have tried resending the activation email multiple times on multiple days and it has not been sent to my email. I have checked the spam email multiple times as well and it has gone there either. Can one of the moderators or someone involved with the site please address this?

We recently moved the email server to somewhere more reliable and our servers still use the old config of the old email server. The old config supposedly should still work (legacy reason) as we still keep the old API on the new email server to prevent problem like this but for some unknown reason it didn't work here.

Fix Applied: Make it to use the new config.

Resolution for you: Try it again.
