I have been going on an NTR spree recently but there are some games which my ITH has issues with. ITH is unable to completely hook all the text from these following games:

I have attempted to use the hcodes in 2 different ways:
Firstly, I followed this guide: http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/tech-support-talk-12/ith-translation-aggregator-guide-67016/
I entered the hcode into the empty box, clicked hook and selected the user hook.But when I reach step 7, I cannot find a drop down selection that corresponds to the user hook.
Secondly, I followed this guide: http://www.craneanime.com/2011/01/tutorial-ith-interactive-text-hooker.html
I inserted the code into the profile, but there were no changes to ITH, it still only extracted some in game text.
I also tried using the AGTH that was inbuilt in the TA with the hcodes, but it ended up giving the same result as ITH. I also created a shortcut of the game and changed its target following this guide: http://99phoenixdowns.wordpress.com...s-with-agth-atlas-and-translation-aggregator/
Still didnt work.
Some things i noticed:
Whether it was using ITH or AGTH, the first line is hooked accurately as far as I can tell (I only tried this for a few lines). But after the first line, ITH/AGTH starts to selectively hook text (even for the lines that were hooked accurately when they were the first line).
Next, only for nee san no kareshi, when I input the hcode into ITH, the game would freeze and crash.
