Any paid VPN works for Illusion character uploader?

I've tried a few paid VPNs to use illusion's uploader but nothing worked, occasionally some free http proxy works but often nothing works. Anyone know if there are any paid VPN that works for the Illusion character uploader? I heard hola works but I can't trust that thing. Thanks.

Necromancing this thread as recently another illusion game that shares data is released. The hongfire thread is down. I also have trouble accessing stuff locked behind area lock that I can't access with all the VPNs I tried.
