So I've looked around all I can find is the Chinese version of Saimin! Zenra Gakuen that barely has any censorship. The 3 chapters in English and the Japanese versions I found have the genitals all covered in whiteout making it impossible to see.
I tried checking Dmm.com and dlsite.com and I can't tell which version they carried as both sites have preview where the crotch is covered in a mosaic.
