Asus Rog Gaming Laptop

Hi guys I'm planning to buy asus rog gaming laptop. I have eyes one this two:

I'm not sure about buying online I'm planning to buy from retail shop(which is bit/more expensive) but at least I can see the product and test it first before buying it.

My question:
1. If you guys have one of those or not I list at the top did you guys recommend it or not? (could you tell me the reason why Y/N)
2. If you guys have better options could you tell me the other product? ( min: 1660ti)
3. In case you guys want give me opinion or tips also okay for me.

Lastly I have my reason why I need gaming laptop instead building PC or buy PC. If I have a choice 100% will choose PC instead gaming laptop.

Well yeah favor going to rtx 2060 but what about your opinion with gaming laptop?

Hey, are you interested in Alienware?

I'm not sure with alienware pretty sure it have really high temperature? place I live pretty hot.

I tested out the M15 a little in-store and the screen was super flimsy, so if that matters to you, that might be worth noting.

I've heard the 1660Ti is equivalent to the 2060 Max-Q minus the ray-tracing, so it seems pretty good, especially for the price reduction between those two laptops you linked.

I ended up getting the G14 which has the Max-Q 2060 and it was on sale for like $1200. It's a lot more durable than the M15 seemed, but there's still weird issues, like some keyboard buttons are crooked and odd stuff like that. Also, the Ryzen 9 processor in it is insanely fast.

sadly in my place they didn't sell G14 which in the end I choose G15 well so far I didn't encounter any problem for keyboard its feel weird when I do typing perhaps I used to type with my old laptop keyboard. Still thanks for the information ^^

if you really want good feedback from keyboard, get one of those wireless mechanical keyboard. they can be bit pricey but can be fun for gaming.

for laptop i recently also went something similar to yours. wanted to get Asus 17 inch but most were least over $2000. did manage to find MSI 17inch one with gtx 1660 Ti and RTX 2060. everyone i asked and looked, people said go with RTX 2060 which is slightly better.
