There was a missing page from the scanner, the problem is fixed now.
If you have already downloaded the file, please follow these steps:

• In the original folder, rename files from Midgard_20th0014.jpg to Midgard_20th0041.jpg like this:
  
  Midgard_20th0014.jpg -> Midgard_20th0015.jpg
  ...
  Midgard_20th0041.jpg -> Midgard_20th0042.jpg
  
  
• Copy in that folder the missing image (Midgard_20th0014.jpg):
