as i tried to buy them from dlpay "amazon and paypal" and on 2 other sites

i am hoping that it would be possible if i could exchange gift cards "like nintendo eshop,xbox,ebay , etc" or prepaid cards for dlsite points serial codes as payment since nothing i am able to do on my end works and i am stumped.
while there is not a specific product on dlsite i want to get at the time , i want to be able to get points to have them available for when something comes out that desire to get.
i do not know where to ask about this and i hope someone here could help me with this.

Just like mentioned already:
You can use either https://dl-pay.net/ if you have an Amazon Account you wanna pay with;
Or you use https://dl-pay.com/ if you wanna use Credit Card or Paypal (Create a Paypal account, then add your bank account with it and get it verified, just takes a few days). DLsite makes paying really easy for foreigners.

i have alreaady tried this but for me it is not working
this is why i ask if you would be able to buy dlsite point serial codes for me and i would give you gift cards of equal total value in exchange.
like for example i get and give you 70$ ebay gift card in exchange for 7,000 points worth of dlsite serial codes.

or you can just use debit card or credit card simply

the cards on the dlpay.com and dlpay.net did not get past the checkout section with some message saying the transaction did not go thorugh "cant reacall exactly what the error message said"
the paypal dlpay said something like check to see if the info is correct or try a different card.
where as the 2 other shops "japangiftcard , otaku mode" failed and did not get past the check out page.
each time i would check to see if there was any transactions on card history of those cards , there was nothing.
as if i did not try to use it at all.
as i feel that the cards did not record the attempt of transaction on any of the websites i tried to buy dlsite points from due to something not letting the cards be used for payment.
i do not think it is dlsite itself "jp ip limits" as you said.
i think it is with the cards themselves.
so since i can not use them directly for buying the points myself , i am asking if anyone here would be able to buy points on dlsite and i would exchange either prepaid visa or some other gift card like ebay,amazon in exchange for the dlsite serial codes?

i am able to navigate dlsite page and change language to english "i have known about existance of dlsite since before dlsite english website opened and eventually closed down and merged with japanese dlsite. since around 2011"

You still not talk about finished 3-D Secure or not, and never ask help about money online

Get a new debit card with visa and finish 3-D Secure, If it don't work, no one can help you online

i diont recall at the time of the previous messages if i notice or realized what the 3-d secure was when i clicked the purschase at the shopping cart. from what i recall i havent got past the checkout phase where whenever i click on purschase some error message pops up and i am still in the checkout page. so i am not 100% sure if the page even got to the point where it even started the 3-d secure part of the process so i can not say with confidence that i am sure if the 3-d secure process started or finished or not as i am not well versed about 3-d secure. the shopping pages when adding card have me put in the pin/security code on the back of the card , so maybe the 3-d secure part was a part of the checkout by default and i didnt realize it , sorry that i didnt mention about the 3-d secure.

You need to do the 3-D Secure youself, it won't complete itself automatically

Call the line of bank or go to bank for asking 3-D Secure
