Can't find where this picture come from :(

Hello everyone,

I found a picture on sankaku and it says it was made by Makita Maki and seems to come from a game since it's 800*600, but I can't find anything about that.

Can someone please identify this one.

All I can find on this image is that is made by a Visual Novel graphics artist called "Makita Maki".He seems to have a lot of original drawings unrelated to any VN,anime,manga,etc...so this one could be one of those original drawings.
