Apparently, you need a serial code to install it that can be found on page 3 of the user manual, which I do not own.

Your best bet is asking the uploader you got it from. Also check if there's a crack somewhere in what you downloaded.

Install it with this as serial:

俺の妹がこんなに可愛い

Then apply a crack to play :x
