Can't Install Norn Game: Ama Ane Toba Kanade...any help?

I have been trying to install and play an older 2010 Norn game called

Ama Ane Toba Kanade to Honeymoon Ai-land ~Tappuri Shikyuu ni Sosoide Kozukuri Shite ne, A-na-ta♪~
あまあね鳥羽奏とハネムーン愛ランド～たっぷり子宮に注いで子作りしてね、あ・な・た♪～

It is a standard sized game just 300 MB and has an unusual file format which puzzles me. It won't install at all, the Set UP instller imediately throws an standard Microsoft Program error report box and nothing happens at all. The game files are locked in a CAB..and there are a bunch of dll's in a folder along with about eight other INF files which leads me to think it may be a simple download from some online store that is not in a ripped format....whatever it is totally impossible to start....and I wonder if anyone has a clue as to hoe to get it going? It is a game I have hoped to see.

I have three differnt copies of the files but they are all this same format and none will start.

I tried burning it to a disk and still nothing happens,.

any one have any ideas?

will any of the standard patchers work? i am running XP SP3 and all Japanese settings.

hmm...normally norn games don't required to be installed to computer, you just need change the format

and language to japanese and just double click the application file...it's the one with heroine icon pic

Yes that was why i wonder about this file, it may be a clever trojan of some sort to install stuff or just another program completely. I have found a few sites that can have downloads that are NOT at all what they say they are...

so i just dont know about this. This one Norn game is very hard to find as it involves shota and I think it is shunned by many sites because of that. I like the design of teh characters and have tried for a while to find a working file. any one have any ideas?

or it could be formated this way by some distributor to prevent it being shared.. that is another possiblity.
