There is a mistake with covers and back-covers with Vol.2, the scanner has fixed this.

Cover/back-cover from Vol.1 belong to Vol.2 and cover/back cover from Vol.2 belong to Vol.1.
To fix this just change covers, back-covers and titles between volumes.

Both threads are edited and fixed now.
I've added fixed links in the first post in case you want to download the file again.
