My profile recently shows that I am a "member" above my avatar! Awesome, but what does it mean though? Is it your ranking system? Am I too ignorant too see it everywhere :D?

I think it just means that you've surpassed a certain number of posts here and are an active enough member to be considered a member :P

Hmm it means youve either been around for 14 days or have 30 posts i think? xD

What it means is that you're now a... member of this site. I bet that's the most enlightening explanation you've ever heard in your life.

(Boring details: the only threshold that you need to reach is having 30 posts and waiting for the server to recalculate and update user ranks, which usually takes about an hour at most. The only visible distinction is that you get the Pannya member badge once you meet this criterion. We don't display the badge for members with less than 30 posts to save resources.)
