Whenever I extract files with multiple parts downloaded, I get these file names unreadable but they don't seem to be unplayable and corrupted.

Is this Japanese? If so, the metadata was encoded in non-Unicode format. You must change your system locale into Japanese for filesname to display correctly.

In WinRar, you might need to change the "Name Encoding" to the files native language. I'm unsure how to do this in 7-zip or other programs.

You can also restart your PC and change system locale, it makes alot of things weird if they aren't natively english.

Install a Japanese operating system and forget about such problems.

Yes, it is in Japanese. Also, Thank you so much, I tried changing the name encoding from the Winrar, and worked perfectly.
