Differences in the same character.

Is it also happened with you before, that when the same character looks different somehow? If so, then I will show you what I mean.

Well, although I feel the difference here is not large enough to be noticed unless you are trying hard. But I understand your saying here. I also had a lot of those moments when reading visual novels. And I think the problem also exist in anime and manga, too.

Its a bit dissapointing , u think its new char and it shows that its the same and you been looking for that char for ever BUT sometimes those changes can be good lets say we had this ugly char in prev scene/movie and in next one its refreshed a bit changed but overall better looking for example i was looking at Neon genesis evangelion and nge remaded , i say the changes are small but increasing the interest in that anime , one char had better boobs (cant complain) other had much prettier face (cant complain) but the problem was that the city had changed a bit , not the same numbers on walls and all but as said cant complain about that and its quite hard to see bad sides while its opposite with good changes .

Not for me to say this, but I'm assuming that you're already more experienced than I do...

Ahem...

Short answer: "They're not drawn by the same artist." (that or the artist's pressured with heavy burden or is just plain lazy)

Long answer: With both a tight budget and a strict deadline, the head/senior artist usually only draws the important scenes which are usually called the "Key Frames" and the rest are done by apprentices and assistant animators("The Inbetweeners").
