DLSite Aix section unable to be accessed outside of Japan?

I was just looking at DLSite's games and I saw an adult game with a new 'Aix' link, specifically https://www.dlsite.com/aix/work/=/product_id/RJ01166816.html .
When I click on it I keep on getting booted back to DLSite's family safe portion of the website, specifically https://www.dlsite.com/home/.
Is anyone able to get to this portion of the DLSite website? Is it region-locked so that you have to have a Japanese VPN?
It seems like any game that has been posted on the 'aix' part of DLSite's website is unable to be accessed.

Just putting my two cents here-
It seems that all `aix` products are made or partially made with AI, regardless of genre such as this one [https://www.dlsite.com/aix/work/=/product_id/RJ01206568.html]. Perhaps it is a new categorization dlsite is testing. Seems like only CG+illustration and application media are getting this treatment so far...

Regional games may block some regions. It's a shame not to be able to play. Many games require a fee to activate.
