Overview:
In the near future, there are people with special abilities called mutants.

This is a somewhat old MTL made with the SLR system, that has not been proofread.
While this uses my newish expanded SLR system that outperforms raw SugoiV4, the dialogue in this is written very "extravagant", resulting in the AI sometimes completely loosing the plot and it reading like a disconnected fever-dream.
