Here's an edited SugoiV4 MTL for v1.03.
I found no reference in the files that confirmed the version number, but I'm just gonna take Fiamos's word for it.
Installation:
Change your system locale to Japanese(Japan) to rule out Unicode errors.
To apply this translation you need to extract the game first. RPGMakerAllDecrypter
Then you can just extract the translation to your game folder and overwrite.
