framerate problem with illusion games

I've been looking for a way to solve this but the solutions of using an older d3d9 or putting a d3d9.dll and a d3d9_alt.dll into the game folder(which doesnt have those present in the first place). Also changing the applications compatibility doesn't work to win95,win98 or winxp which are the ones made before the games release date. it works fine with the latest d3d9 and with no d3d9s put into the game folder but usually when you change something it may or may not work and even it doesnt crash it still has framerate problems. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Titles prior to Zinnkou gakuenn 2 are not suitable for Win10.
The surest remedy is to use a real machine with an OS supported by the title installed. No good in a virtual environment.
If it cannot be prepared, it may be improved by the following means disclosed by ILLUSION. However, this method is dangerous because it is exposed to vulnerability.

If you are using GeForce
Match the combination of DirectX 9 and the GPU driver you are using.
1. In case of GTX, execute the driver of ver411.63 or earlier by a clean install from the install option. In case of RTX, execute the driver of ver411.70 or earlier by a clean install from the install option
2. Place d3d9.dll in the installation location of the title
3. Restart your PC

For GPUs other than NVIDIA GPUs
1. Place d3d9.dll in the installation location of the title
2. Restart your PC

Another means
1. Change the version of Win10 to 1809 or 1803
