Any law that changes how us, humans, go onto the internet will get despised like there is no tomorrow, simple as that. Almost no one likes ACTA, SOPA, etc. because it interferes with their work, their important documents, school, etc.

The government is running out of ideas for laws. They do think of themselves as the 'god of their country' and us, the people, showed them how much power we have when they interfere with important things, such as the internet.
