This was supposedly the cover of it, it is likely going to feature artwork that he did not release outside of the book. As I spoke to him on twitter, he said it was comic market only x.x
I can't find it on japanese auction, or google. So, if anybody who HAS had access to comiket doujins, who may have this or an idea where it is, please post here.
